Kevin Spacey is preparing to return to a London courtroom as new civil claims of s**** assault move forward.

BBC News reported that three men have filed separate lawsuits accusing the actor of assaults said to have happened over more than a decade, from 2000 to 2013.

During a recent hearing at London’s High Court, the judge suggested Oct. 12, 2026 as a possible trial date. The court still has to decide if the cases will be combined into one trial or heard one after another.

Spacey has rejected all accusations. According to BBC News, he has already filed formal denials in two of the three cases and has not yet submitted a response to the third.

One of the men, who remains anonymous by court order, had first brought a claim in 2022. That case was paused while Spacey faced a criminal trial in the U.K., where he was later acquitted. The man says the incident left him with emotional harm and financial losses from an episode he alleges took place in August 2008.

Another man, Ruari Cannon, has chosen to go public. He says Spacey touched him inappropriately at a party in 2013, during a time when Spacey was working as artistic director at the Old Vic.

Cannon also appeared in the Channel 4 documentary Spacey Unmasked. Spacey responded to the program by saying, “Each time I have been given the time and a proper forum to defend myself, the allegations have failed under scrutiny and I have been exonerated.”

Spacey has faced civil cases before. In 2022, actor Anthony Rapp sued him in New York over an alleged incident from the 1980s, but a jury found Spacey not liable.

As for the upcoming London cases, the final trial schedule will be set later.
