Kim Kardashian and 50 Cent Spotted Filming Together for New Netflix Movie
Kim Kardashian is proving that her foray into the world of acting is more than just a passing trend, as she was recently spotted on the set of her latest major project. The SKIMS founder and reality television mogul is currently filming a new Netflix comedy titled The Fifth Wheel, which is being directed and produced by Eva Longoria.
Kardashian was seen arriving at a filming location in Downtown Los Angeles looking every bit the movie star in an all-black ensemble that exuded serious leading-lady energy. Interestingly, she wasn’t alone, as she was joined by rapper and actor 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson.
The two were seen rolling onto the set together, confirming that 50 Cent has officially joined the cast of the female-driven comedy. The pair was caught by cameras between takes of a high-energy club scene, showing off the star power that Longoria has assembled for the streaming giant’s next potential hit.

According to production insiders, the crew has been busy filming at Exchange LA, a popular nightclub venue that has been serving as the backdrop for several key sequences. 50 Cent has reportedly already completed work on several scenes alongside comedian Nikki Glaser and actress Brenda Song.
The story itself centers on Glaser and Song’s characters, who are high school best friends who decide to reunite for a wild getaway to Las Vegas. The “plot twist” of the film occurs when Kim Kardashian’s character, described as a hot outsider, crashes the long-awaited trip.
Her presence acts as a catalyst for the friend group, forcing the women to confront their chaotic lives and the questionable decisions they have made over the years. With their friendships reportedly hanging by a thread, the addition of Kardashian’s character seems designed to bring both tension and humor to the narrative.
As of this year, Kim Kardashian has been building a significant acting resume, most recently appearing in the Ryan Murphy legal drama All’s Fair alongside Naomi Watts and Glenn Close.
While she remains a staple of reality television with The Kardashians on Hulu, she has been vocal about her desire to be taken seriously as a comedic actress. The Fifth Wheel is a collaborative effort, with Kardashian also serving as a producer alongside Saturday Night Live veteran Paula Pell and Janine Brito.
50 Cent is also having an incredibly productive year, as he is currently preparing for the release of the live-action Street Fighter movie. In that film, which is scheduled for an October release, he takes on the role of the legendary boxer Balrog, starring alongside Jason Momoa and Noah Centineo.
Beyond his acting roles, he continues to dominate the television production space through his massive deal with Starz, recently expanding his Power universe with several new spinoffs currently in development. The ensemble cast of The Fifth Wheel also includes Fortune Feimster, Jack Whitehall, and Brooks Nader, making it one of the most talked-about comedy lineups of the year.
Director Eva Longoria, who recently celebrated her 50th birthday, has been sharing glimpses of the production on her social media, noting that she is being very intentional with the projects she chooses to lead.
