The Japanese fantasy comedy manga, Kono Healer, Mendokusai, by Tannen ni Hakkō confirmed its TV anime premiere date, more cast members, and opening theme song in a promotional video (PV). The PV was uploaded on the TV anime’s official website

You can view the PV below:

The TV anime is set to debut in April, with lead cast member Aguri Onishi voicing protagonist Karla. Onishi will also be singing the opening theme song entitled “Jellyfish na Kimi e” (To the Jellyfish-like You). Parts of the upbeat and catchy OP are heard in the promotional video.

Alongside the elf Karla are the warrior Arvin, voiced by Takuya Sato, and a mushroom being, voiced by Asuka Tomari. The series follows the crazy adventures of the trio. Karla is a clumsy elf cleric known for her sharp tongue. Her companion, Arvin, finds ways to put up with Karla’s antics.

The one-minute PV is mostly Karla rambling about her healing abilities and asking her patients if they’re okay. Hilariously, when introducing the anime, she changed the title from This Healer’s a Handful to This Healer’s Too Cute. The clip fades out with Arvin calling out Karla for her lies.

Kono Healer, Mendokusai (This Healer’s a Handful), is published by Kadokawa Shoten and currently has four volumes in circulation. More information regarding the upcoming anime will be posted in the following months.
