The billionaire, 28, has been teasing glimpses of the home as construction crews work to complete the property, which sits perched on its own private hill.
The estate spans 18,000 square feet, more than enough space for Jenner, her two children, and her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, according to reports from CA Post. Visitors will enter through a long driveway with a security checkpoint, giving the property a private, gated feel.
Inside, Jenner’s new mansion will feature a jaw-dropping two-story closet to hold her extensive wardrobe, as well as a 12-car garage for her collection of luxury cars. The grounds also include a guest house, a large pool, and a recreation area. Over the past few months, Jenner has shared photos of the interior flooring and landscaping, giving fans a taste of the lavish finishes.
Jenner bought the land in 2020 for a reported $15 million and submitted plans to build the massive estate shortly after. She has kept fans updated on the progress, showing off glimpses of stone tiles and the intricate design of the interior spaces, including the oversized closet with an arched entrance.
While finishing up this dream home, Jenner has also been busy with her real estate portfolio. She recently listed two other Los Angeles properties for a combined $68 million. One of those is her $16 million Hidden Hills “starter” home, which she put on the market for $20 million last week. Her Holmby Hills mansion was also recently listed for $48 million.
This latest mansion is shaping up to be Jenner’s ultimate luxury retreat, combining privacy, opulence, and plenty of room for her growing family.
