Lili Reinhart Stuns in a Fully See Through Elisabetta Franchi Dress
Lili Reinhart made a striking appearance at the Getty Images Portrait Studio during the SXSW festival on March 15. The actress was in Austin to celebrate the world premiere of her highly anticipated new film, Forbidden Fruits.
For the occasion, Reinhart chose a daring sheer midi dress designed by Elisabetta Franchi. The garment featured a fine, gauzy knit that played with transparency as the central element of the look.
She styled the dress over a coordinated set of black high-waisted briefs and a matching balconette bra. To define her silhouette, she added a wide, asymmetrical leather belt fastened with a prominent gold-toned buckle.

The ensemble was paired with elegant black heels that featured minimalist ankle straps. Her blonde hair was swept back into a polished side-parted bun, keeping the focus on her sharp fashion choices.
Her beauty look remained understated, focusing on defined eyes and a soft nude lip. This sophisticated yet edgy aesthetic quickly caught the attention of fans and fashion critics alike as photos began circulating online.
Reinhart has recently been focusing on a more intentional phase of her career following her long tenure on Riverdale. In late 2025, she earned significant critical praise for her lead role in the intense psychological thriller American Sweatshop.
In Forbidden Fruits, which is set for a wide theatrical release on March 27, Reinhart takes on the role of Apple. Her character is the de facto leader of a coven-like sisterhood operating out of an upscale boutique in a Texas mall.
The horror-comedy boasts an impressive ensemble cast of modern stars, including Lola Tung, Victoria Pedretti, and Alexandra Shipp. Influencer Emma Chamberlain also makes her film acting debut in the project, which was produced by Oscar-winning Diablo Cody.
The film has already gained significant buzz at SXSW for its dark humor and “it-girl” cast. Critics have described it as a campy, stylish slasher that explores the complexities of performative female friendship.
Looking ahead, Reinhart’s schedule remains packed with diverse projects across various genres. She is set to star in The Love Hypothesis, a film adaptation of the popular romance novel, playing a biology student named Olive.
Additionally, she will appear in the political thriller The Very Best People later this year. Fans can also see her current work in the limited series Hal & Harper, where she stars alongside Mark Ruffalo and Cooper Raiff.
Beyond her acting roles, Reinhart continues to expand her influence as a producer through her company, Small Victory Productions. She also maintains her popular skincare line, Personal Day, which focuses on products for acne-prone skin.
Her presence at SXSW underscores her status as a major force in the independent film scene. By balancing blockbuster interest with unique indie scripts, she is successfully redefining her post-television image.
