Lily Allen (40) Shares Bold Lingerie Photos After Divorce and Surgery
Lily Allen recently debuted as the new face of the Italian lingerie brand Intimissimi, showcasing a series of glamorous looks that draw inspiration from 1960s aesthetics. In the newly released campaign photos, the 40-year-old singer appears with her dark hair styled in a striking, high-reaching beehive paired with bold winged eyeliner.
The snapshots feature her in a variety of settings, including a relaxed bed scene where she models black and white lace sets, and a hotel bathroom where she wears a luxurious brown silk nightgown.
One of the standout ensembles from the shoot includes a black pencil skirt paired with a mesh top worn over a lace balconette bra, creating a sophisticated yet daring silhouette. This major fashion partnership follows Allen’s very open discussions regarding her personal journey with cosmetic surgery.
Speaking on the, Miss Me? podcast earlier this year, the “Smile” singer revealed she underwent breast augmentation shortly before reaching her 40th birthday. During a conversation with her close friend Miquita Oliver, the Brit Award winner shared her thoughts on the aging process and her decision to enhance her figure.
“How do I feel about aging? I just got some additions to the family – don’t know if you’d noticed,” she joked during the March 2025 episode. She explained that while she is thrilled with the results, she is still waiting for the implants to settle into a more natural position, a process often described in the medical community as “dropping and fluffing.”

The singer also admitted that she is considering further procedures, specifically mentioning a Brazilian Butt Lift as a potential next step. She noted that her recent weight gain made her feel “out of proportion,” leading her to seek out surgical options to feel more balanced.
“And so I felt like, why not gift myself a get-out clause? Make it feel more enticing,” she told Perfect magazine when explaining her motivation for the surgery performed by renowned specialist Dr. Steven Levine.
Beyond her work in the fashion world, Allen has made a massive impact on the music industry with the release of her fifth studio album, West End Girl. Released in October 2025, the project serves as a deeply personal chronicle of the breakdown of her marriage to Stranger Things actor David Harbour.
The album, which she reportedly wrote in just ten days, explores themes of betrayal, heartbreak, and starting over in a new city. The record has been a significant commercial and critical success, peaking at number two on the UK Albums Chart and earning a Brit Award nomination for British Album of the Year.
Tracks like “Madeline” and “Pu**y Palace” have resonated with fans for their raw and honest lyrics. To support the album, Allen is currently in the midst of her “Lily Allen Performs West End Girl” tour, which features her performing the entire record in sequence across intimate theater venues and major arenas.
As of late March, the singer is also in active negotiations to adapt the narrative of West End Girl into a stage musical or a play-with-music. Having already built a successful acting career with roles in 2:22 A Ghost Story and The Pillowman, she is looking to merge her theatrical experience with her new music.
She recently made headlines for revealing that she earns more from selling photos of her feet to a thousand subscribers than she does from her millions of monthly listeners on Spotify. “Don’t hate the player, hate the game,” she famously told a critic, highlighting the changing landscape of artist income in the digital age.
