Marvel Dominates Disney+’s Top 10 Most-Watched Series in the US
Marvel’s streaming strategy has had its ups and downs since the studio first moved into live-action series, but nothing guarantees a surge like a well-timed finale. That’s the lesson of the latest Disney+ charts, where a single new show has pulled several older ones back into the spotlight. The result is a Top 10 list with a very familiar logo on it.
When Marvel launched ‘WandaVision’ on Disney+ in January 2021, it turned the studio’s first big streaming experiment into a pop culture event. ‘Agatha All Along’ arrived in September 2024 and continued the story with Kathryn Hahn’s witch, and now ‘VisionQuest’ has premiered as the final chapter.
The series was created by Terry Matalas and stars Paul Bettany as Vision, with James Spader returning as Ultron. Boardwalk Times shared the current state of the Disney+ US Top 10 series list, and it’s a Marvel-heavy ranking.
‘VisionQuest’ sits at No. 1, ‘WandaVision’ is at No. 4, ‘Agatha All Along’ is at No. 7, and ‘Loki’ holds down the final spot at No. 10. According to FlixPatrol, ‘VisionQuest’ became the most-watched show on Disney+ in the US within days of its two-episode premiere on October 13.
The rankings tell a story about how fans consume these shows. Collider noted that ‘VisionQuest’ debuting at No. 1 is par for the course for a new Marvel series, but that ‘WandaVision’ and ‘Loki’ also climbed the charts alongside it. ‘Loki’ is reportedly drawing viewers ahead of the title character’s return in an upcoming project.
That bounce fits the way the trilogy is designed. ‘VisionQuest’ is described as the final installment of a story that began with ‘WandaVision’ and continued through ‘Agatha All Along’, so viewers catching up before or alongside the new episodes have a built-in reason to revisit the earlier shows. Of the three, ‘WandaVision’ remains the best-reviewed, with a 92% critics score based on 428 reviews, while ‘Agatha All Along’ holds an 84% score from 218 reviews.

‘VisionQuest’ has earned generally positive notices. It debuted on Rotten Tomatoes with a Certified Fresh score in the mid-80s, which puts it between its two predecessors, and Collider cited a 90% score at the time of its writing. Reviewers have singled out the dynamic between Bettany and Spader as the series’ highlight, and several praised Bettany’s performance as among his best as the conflicted android.
The response hasn’t been unanimous. Metacritic assigns the series a 62, classifying 56% of reviews as positive and 38% as mixed. Critics at Rolling Stone and IndieWire were among those who gave it rotten scores, with complaints about sluggish pacing, reliance on callbacks and twists that distract from the central theme.

The success comes at a pivotal moment for the studio. According to several outlets, ‘VisionQuest’ is the last new live-action Marvel show on the Disney+ schedule before ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, which arrives in theaters on December 18. That makes the chart dominance a useful sign of audience appetite heading into one of the studio’s biggest releases.
The show also continues to roll out new episodes, with the next two episodes arriving this week, so its momentum could last. The Disney+ release pattern, which uses double drops early in the run, keeps the conversation going from week to week.

For now, the Top 10 shows that Marvel’s television library still has plenty of staying power years after its debut. A new hit doesn’t just draw viewers to itself; it also sends them back to the shows that came before.
