Matt Kalil Sues Ex-Wife Over Viral Penis Size Comments During Livestream
Former NFL player Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, model Haley Kalil, over comments she made during a livestream last November. The remarks, which went viral online, referenced private details about their past relationship.
During the livestream on Marlon Garcia’s Mar-Athon show, Haley Kalil said the size of Matt Kalil’s genitals, which she described as “two Coke cans, maybe even a third,” was a factor in their 2022 divorce. She also claimed that being intimate with him left her “in tears.”
In court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Matt Kalil alleges that the livestream exposed “highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff’s physical person and s**** life.” He says the comments caused him unwanted public attention and invasive commentary. Kalil also claims that his current wife, Keilani Asmus, received “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming” messages as a result.
The lawsuit also argues that Haley Kalil gained financially from the incident. According to the filing, she received “substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.” Matt Kalil is seeking damages over $75,000 for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment and has requested a jury trial.
In response, Haley Kalil told TMZ she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” by the lawsuit. She added, “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”
She did not directly address her comments but noted she had praised her ex-husband during the livestream, calling him “the greatest guy in the world” and discussing the “love in our marriage, the growth we experienced, [and] the depth of our connection.”
Matt and Haley Kalil married in 2015 and divorced in 2022. Matt Kalil remarried in 2024 and shares a one-year-old son with his current wife.
