Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi Welcome Their Second Child
Millie Bobby Brown and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, have announced the arrival of their second child, a baby boy, sharing the news with fans on Instagram on September 17.
The couple shared a photo showing their newborn son’s hand resting in his father’s, with their toddler daughter’s hand also visible in the frame. Brown, wearing a ring inscribed with “Mom,” captioned the post simply: “Hi little guy!” According to People, the baby joined the family through adoption, the same path Brown and Bongiovi took with their first child.
This marks the second time the couple has grown their family through adoption. In August 2025, Brown and Bongiovi announced they had welcomed their first child, a daughter, writing at the time that they were “beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.” They have not publicly shared their daughter’s name.
In the days leading up to the announcement, Brown had posted glimpses of a family trip to Italy’s Dolomites, including a photo of Bongiovi walking with a baby carrier strapped to his chest. At the time, the couple didn’t confirm what the images meant, though in hindsight they appear to have been an early hint at the family’s expansion.
Brown, 22, and Bongiovi, 24, the son of musician Jon Bon Jovi, first connected over Instagram before dating and married in a private ceremony in Italy in September 2024. Since becoming parents in 2025, the couple has shared occasional glimpses of their family life, generally keeping their daughter’s face out of public photos.
Brown, best known for playing Eleven in “Stranger Things,” previously described parenthood as bringing “endless joy” in an interview with British Vogue, calling motherhood “a beautiful, amazing journey” and saying their daughter “has taught us so much already.”
