Pamela Anderson has spent the past few years rewriting her own red carpet rules, and fans have been eagerly following every chapter. The former ‘Baywatch’ star famously stepped out with a completely bare face at Paris Fashion Week in 2023, a choice that quickly turned her into a makeup-free icon.

She has explained that the decision was about peeling back the layers after years of being defined by overdrawn lips, heavy eye makeup, and a big ’90s blowout. Anderson has also said that going without makeup has given her far more confidence, describing it as a personal choice rather than a grand statement.

That doesn’t mean she has stopped experimenting. At the 2026 Golden Globes, her skin looked foundation-free, but close-ups hinted at a shimmery taupe eyeshadow, rosy lip color, and a soft wash of blush.

She went even bolder at Vogue World: Milano in September, debuting smoky “Cleopatra” eyes created by legendary makeup artist Dame Pat McGrath. Anderson explained that her own skincare brand, Sonsie, which she acquired with her sons Brandon and Dylan in 2024, gave her skin a “mirror” sheen before the eye makeup was applied.

For her latest red carpet moment, Anderson returned to her softer side. At the sixth annual Academy Museum Gala on October 17 in Los Angeles, she stunned in a romantic pastel look.

‘The Last Showgirl’ star wore Carolina Herrera’s spring 2027 ready-to-wear collection, designed by creative director Wes Gordon. The ensemble paired a crisp, long-sleeve white button-up blouse with a sharp collar and a slightly sheer, muted pistachio-green chiffon skirt.

The skirt featured a bow tied at the waist and a dramatic, sweeping train. Anderson finished the outfit with a coordinating pale green satin clutch adorned with decorative embellishments.

Her beauty look stayed true to her signature approach. She wore flouncy, vintage-inspired blond curls with her trademark fresh-faced glow, letting the clean, airy silhouette do the talking. The reaction online was overwhelmingly warm. One commenter under TMZ’s post praised Anderson for aging gracefully and called the look classy.

Her outfit also stood out in a night that leaned more classic overall. The Zoe Report noted that this year’s gala was comparatively low-key compared to the daring moments of past editions, with many guests opting for black suits and gowns.

This wasn’t Anderson’s first time making a statement at the event. At the fourth annual Academy Museum Gala, she wore an understated, elegant off-the-shoulder gown and once again leaned into her natural beauty.

The gala, often called the “Met Gala of the West,” raises funds for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. This year’s edition honored Charlize Theron, Colman Domingo and John Carpenter, with Anderson joining a guest list that included Jessica Lange, Mia Goth, Cole Escola and Inde Navarrette.

Anderson’s fashion moments arrive during a period of strong cultural and critical attention. Beyond ‘The Last Showgirl’, she recently went red for ‘Love Is Not the Answer’, a project directed by Michael Cera.

She has also stayed busy on the fashion circuit, attending Carolina Herrera’s show at New York Fashion Week in September before heading to Milan. Her gala look felt like a natural continuation of that relationship with the brand. With her airy blouse, flowing chiffon, and effortless curls, Anderson proved once again that she doesn’t need heavy glam to steal the spotlight.
