Production on Season 4 experienced some delays earlier this year, according to Forbes, but filming finished in June. Fans have been watching for any hints about the premiere, especially since a tie-in novel for Season 4 is set to release on January 6, 2026. The rumor gained traction when Netflix Netherlands accidentally posted a promotional poster featuring Yerin Ha as Sophie and Luke Thompson as Benedict. The poster suggested that Season 4 would be split into two parts, with the first set of episodes releasing on January 29, 2026, and the second on February 6, 2026. The poster was quickly removed, and Netflix has not confirmed these dates.
If the leak is accurate, the release schedule would follow the pattern seen with previous seasons. Season 1 premiered in December 2020, Season 2 arrived in March 2022, and Season 3, also split into two parts, premiered in May and June 2024. Dividing the season into two halves seems to be a strategy Netflix often uses to build excitement and keep viewers talking between episodes.
