Netflix Is Losing a Legendary TV Show – Watch It Before It’s Gone!
Netflix is about to lose one of its most popular TV shows as the year comes to an end. The streaming platform has focused more on original content lately, but it still has a strong collection of licensed series like Breaking Bad and The West Wing.
One of its most beloved shows, Lost, will no longer be available on Netflix starting January 1st.
Lost, the hit sci-fi series created by Jeffrey Lieber, J. J. Abrams, and Damon Lindelof, first aired on ABC from 2004 to 2010. The story follows the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 after their plane crashes on a mysterious island. The show ran for six seasons, totaling 121 episodes, and became a cultural phenomenon.
For fans who haven’t finished the series, there’s still a chance to watch it. All six seasons are available on Hulu, and the series can also be rented or purchased online.
Even though Lost is leaving Netflix, subscribers still have plenty of content to enjoy. This month, the platform added new episodes of The Amazing Digital Circus, the second season of Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches, and all seven seasons of The West Wing.
Losing Lost is a big deal for longtime fans, but it’s not the end of streaming it. For those who want to revisit the mysterious island and the story of the survivors, now is the time.
