Netflix’s ‘Habeas Corpus’ Cast (With Photos)
Netflix has assembled a deep bench of Brazilian television and film talent for ‘Habeas Corpus,’ the streamer’s first legal drama produced in Brazil. The series follows Marjorie Estiano as Inez, with Any Gabrielly as Marina, and premieres with eight episodes.

Any Gabrielly plays Marina and first found international recognition as the Brazilian member of the pop group Now United. She is also known for voicing the title character in the Brazilian Portuguese version of Disney’s ‘Moana,’ and this role marks a significant step into adult television drama for her.
Vladimir Brichta
Vladimir Brichta rounds out the main cast after earning critical praise for the drama film ‘Bingo, The King of the Mornings,’ which served as Brazil’s official Academy Awards entry. Naruna Costa

The series was created by Luiz Villaça alongside Leonardo Moreira and Donna Oliveira, with Villaça directing episodes together with Flávia Lacerda and Moreira writing the final scripts. ‘Habeas Corpus’ is produced by Café Royal, with Adriana Tavares serving as executive producer, and draws its premise from the real work of Innocence Project Brasil, an organization dedicated to investigating and overturning wrongful convictions.
