The returning ensemble is stacked once again, with Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, Ray Winstone, Joely Richardson, and Vinnie Jones all confirmed to reprise their roles. New additions joining the world of ‘The Gentlemen’ include Hugh Bonneville, Benedetta Porcaroli, Giancarlo Esposito, boxer Chris Eubank Jr., and broadcaster Maya Jama. That mix of established talent and unexpected newcomers has quickly become a signature of Ritchie’s casting style across his crime projects.

Speaking to TechRadar during the promotion of his film ‘Fuze,’ James described the new season as still funny but darker, saying it “goes a little wild.” Given how Season 1 balanced sharp humor with genuine menace, that description alone has fans expecting the stakes to escalate considerably.
The timing lines up with another Ritchie project, as Paramount Plus also confirmed a September 18 release date for ‘MobLand’ Season 2 just hours before Netflix’s own announcement. With two of his crime dramas returning within the same month, September is shaping up to be a defining stretch for the filmmaker’s television output.
