Victoria Jones, the daughter of actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead on January 1 inside the Fairmont San Francisco hotel. She was 34 years old. Fox News Digital confirmed the death through officials.

According to the San Francisco Fire Department, emergency crews were called to the hotel at around 2:52 a.m. for a medical emergency. Paramedics arrived, checked the person at the scene, and later declared her dead. The department confirmed its response to Fox News Digital.

911 audio later obtained by People described the call as a “code 3 for the overdose, color change.” This suggests Victoria may have suffered a drug overdose, but officials have not confirmed an official cause of death.

The San Francisco Police Department also responded to the hotel. Police arrived at about 3:14 a.m. and are now investigating the case along with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The OCME confirmed to Fox News Digital that the deceased was Victoria Jones. At this time, no final cause of death has been released.

Victoria was the daughter of Tommy Lee Jones and his former wife Kimberlea Cloughley. The couple was married from 1981 until 1996. They also share a son, Austin.

Victoria mostly stayed out of the public eye throughout her life. However, she did appear in a small number of film and television projects during a short time in acting. Some of her roles were in projects connected to her father, including “Men in Black II,” “The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada,” “The Homesman,” and the TV series “One Tree Hill.”

Her most recent public appearance was in 2017, when she attended the premiere of “Just Getting Started” with her father.

The investigation into Victoria Jones’ death is still ongoing, and authorities say more details will be released once the medical examiner completes its work.
