New Rumor Reveals More Information About Buffy’s Life in Upcoming Sequel

Buffy the Vampire Slayer was a cult supernatural series back in its day and despite the fact that it was not for a general audience, the series became a proper classic and is still praised by many.

In an era when Hollywood is reviving and/or rebooting its popular series, a Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot or revival seems like something that is bound to happen, and based on the information we have – such a project is indeed in the works.

The Buffy sequel series will see Sarah Michelle Gellar return to the role that made her famous and it seems that we’ve gotten the first information about Buffy in this future timeline of the sequel.

To be honest, we’ve had our fair share of Buffy rumors in recent weeks and that is natural, seeing how the sequel is close to being confirmed and how we know that the series’ original star is returning.

And while fans are interested in who will be returning for the sequel and who the newcomers are going to be, they are also equally interested in the plot of the series and the details about some of the characters, most notably Buffy.

Well, popular leaker and insider Daniel Richtman has a new rumor related to the upcoming sequel. The rumor was shared via his Patreon account and we wanted to share it with you here.

Namely, as Richtman said, Buffy has grown up to work in private insurance and that is how she will be introduced in the sequel series. This doesn’t reveal much about her development in the sequel, but it is an interesting fact that we can comment on, especially in light of what we know from the original series.

Of course, since this is just a rumor, we advise you to take it with a grain of salt.
