New trailer for the upcoming comedy-horror film Cold Storage has been released, giving audiences a first look at the chaos waiting in the abandoned military base.

The film stars Joe Keery, Georgina Campbell, and Liam Neeson, and is directed by Jonny Campbell. The story is based on David Koepp’s 2019 novel, who also wrote and produced the film.

Cold Storage follows Teacake and Naomi, two employees working the night shift at a self-storage facility built on top of a former military base.

Their routine quickly turns into a nightmare when a parasitic fungus, sealed by the government underground, escapes and begins wreaking havoc. The microorganism controls minds and bursts through bodies, and the duo must team up with a seasoned bioterror agent to stop it before it threatens all of humanity.

The cast also includes Sosie Bacon as Dr. Hero Martins, Vanessa Redgrave as Ma Rooney, Lesley Manville, Darrell D’Silva, Daniel Rigby, Rob Collins, Ellora Torchia, Aaron Heffernan, and Andrew Brooke.

According to production reports, Liam Neeson and Joe Keery were first announced to star in May 2022, with StudioCanal financing the film. Georgina Campbell joined the project in October 2022, and Sosie Bacon was added in March 2023, the same month filming began in Italy and Morocco. North American distribution rights were later acquired by Samuel Goldwyn Films in April of this year.

Cold Storage is scheduled to hit theaters in the United States on February 13, 2026. The trailer shows a mix of horror, dark humor, and action, giving fans a taste of the film’s intense and chaotic world.
