New Trailer Released for Vampire Cop Horror ‘Night Patrol’ Starring CM Punk, Justin Long, and Jermaine Fowler

A new trailer has dropped for Night Patrol, the upcoming horror thriller starring CM Punk, Justin Long, and Jermaine Fowler. The film follows an L.A. cop who discovers a secret task force that threatens the people in the housing projects where he grew up.

Night Patrol is directed and written by Ryan Prows, who co-wrote the script with Tim Cairo, Jake Gibson, and Shaye Ogbonna. The film is produced by David S. Goyer and Keith Levine under Phantom Four Films, along with Josh Goldbloom.

James Harris and Mark Lane also produced through Tea Shop Productions. XYZ Films handled executive production and worldwide sales, with financing provided by Bondit Media Capital.

The cast includes Jermaine Fowler, Justin Long, Freddie Gibbs, RJ Cyler, YG, Nicki Micheaux, Flying Lotus, CM Punk, Dermot Mulroney, and Jon Oswald. The project was first announced in October 2024 when Fowler, Long, and Cyler joined the cast. Filming took place in Los Angeles and wrapped in the same month, with Pepijn Caudron composing the score.

Night Patrol had its world premiere at Fantastic Fest on September 19, and will also screen at Beyond Fest on September 28. RLJE Films and Shudder acquired distribution rights, and the movie is scheduled for a U.S. release on January 16, 2026.

Critics and fans got their first full look at the film thanks to a new trailer released by RLJE Films. The footage highlights the mix of action, suspense, and horror, giving viewers a glimpse of the vampire-themed cop thriller.
