There are a lot of known music composers who made awesome and memorable music for movies and tv shows. We all know legends like Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, The Dark Knight, Pirates of the Caribbean), Danny Elfman (Batman, Spider-Man), Howard Shore (The Lord of the Rings), Ennio Morricone (The Good, the Bad and the Ugly), James Horner (Titanic, Avatar), and in the last decade, Alan Silvestri (The Avengers) and Ludwig Göransson (Black Panther, The Mandalorian) are also considered as very known composers thanks to their notable music themes.

But, there’s one more composer who is considered as one of the best — John Williams. Williams became widely known in the ‘70s when we composed the music for the original Star Wars trilogy, Jaws, and Superman movie starring Christopher Reeve. In the ‘90s and early 2000s, Williams also composed for known movies like Home Alone, Schindler’s List, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, and Star Wars prequel trilogy. He also returned for the Star Wars sequel trilogy at Disney, and in 2019, after the release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, he announced that he’s done with Star Wars, and his place was taken over by Ludwig Göransson, who composed the music for The Mandalorian, and Joseph Shirley worked on The Book of Boba Fett.

But now, according to Variety, 90-year old legendary composer is set to return to Star Wars to compose the music for the upcoming Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi, in which Ewan McGregor returns as the titular character, and Hayden Christensen will return as Anakin Skywalker, also known as legendary Darth Vader.
