‘Off Campus’ Star Mika Abdalla Turns Heads in Dreamy New Grazia Photo
Few young actresses have had a year quite like Mika Abdalla. The ‘Off Campus’ star has shot to fame playing Allie Hayes, an aspiring actress with confidence in spades, and she’s now set to take on the focal storyline in the Prime Video series’ second season opposite Stephen Kalyn, who plays Dean Di Laurentis.
Her rise has been a long time coming. Abdalla started in the industry at just 6 years old, booking her first editorial gig on the cover of a local parents magazine after a casting call at her dentist’s office in Dallas, and her breakthrough came in 2015 when she was cast as McKeyla McAlister in the Netflix series ‘Project Mc²’, which ran for 2 seasons.
Now, a fresh image is giving fans another reason to talk about her. A newly shared photo of Abdalla carries a Grazia credit, and it has quickly caught attention online. The picture shows the actress glancing over her shoulder, with her long, dark hair falling in loose, voluminous waves.
She wears a fitted white top with long sleeves, while the soft lighting and neutral backdrop keep the focus firmly on her face. The relaxed but polished vibe has become something of a signature for her recent public appearances.
According to a fan account sharing additional images from the same set, the photos were taken before her appearance at the Défilé L’Oréal Paris show, with credits tagging Grazia UK and her hairstylist.
The timing makes the shoot even more fitting. Abdalla made her Paris Fashion Week debut on September 28, walking in L’Oréal Paris Le Défilé at Place Joffre near the Eiffel Tower.
She chose a floor-length ivory satin gown for the occasion, marking a dramatic step into the world of runway shows. The new Grazia image arrived less than 2 weeks later, capping off one of the biggest fashion stretches of her career so far.
RUSSH has described her journey as moving from ‘Off Campus’ straight to Paris Fashion Week, and the outlet admitted it can’t get enough of the rising actress. Fans clearly share that sentiment, with the photo sparking plenty of admiration across social media.
Abdalla’s path to this moment wasn’t always smooth. After spending 3 years on a children’s television show, she headed to UCLA at 17 hoping to experience life as a regular student.

“I took that as my opportunity to be a kid,” she told The Hollywood Reporter, explaining that she wanted to simply be a girl in college and have fun. She admitted that the plan only lasted about 6 months before she realized she couldn’t stay away from acting.
That decision has clearly paid off. The Plano, Texas native has since built a career spanning child acting, teen streaming shows, films, and major new TV roles, with credits including ‘Snack Shack’ and ‘Sex Appeal’.
Beyond the second season of ‘Off Campus’, Abdalla is also branching out into new formats. In May, it was announced that she and Kalyn would star in ‘Rent Free’, a 3-episode immersive audio romance from Quinn.
Outside of work, she keeps busy with hobbies that might surprise some fans. She is an avid golfer who also enjoys horseback riding, and she grew up competing in ballroom dancing.
With a leading role on the horizon, a runway debut under her belt, and magazine shoots rolling in, Abdalla’s star power only seems to be growing. If this Grazia moment is any indication, the fashion world is just as eager as TV audiences to see what she does next.
