Official SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME Trailer Released!
You were waiting and waiting, and now it’s finally here. Sony and Marvel officially launched the second, official trailer for the upcoming movie Spider-Man: No Way Home, one of the most anticipated movies of the year!
Tom Holland returns as MCU’s Peter Parker/Spider-Man in his third solo movie and his sixth MCU appearance overall. It is unknown if this is gonna be the last time for Holland to play the web-slinger, but the movie was still described as Spider-Man: Endgame by director Jon Watts.
The movie continues the cliffhanger that was left at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home. With his identity now publicly revealed, the friendly neighborhood superhero is no longer able to separate his normal life from his superhero life. Wanting to set things right, Peter asks Doctor Strange for help, and trying to set things right, the stakes will become far more dangerous.
Benedict Cumberbatch returns as Doctor Strange. It is expected that his part of the story will lead into his next solo movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which is set to be released next May. Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, Tony Revolori, and Angourie Rice are all reprising their respective roles from Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Alfred Molina will make his big comeback to the Spider-Man franchise, reprising the role of Doctor Octopus from Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2, and Jamie Foxx will do the same with his role of Electro from Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2. J.K. Simmons is also set to appear in his famous role of J. Johan Jameson.
Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: No Way Home is the 27th movie set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the eighth Spider-Man live-action movie, and the second Spider-Man movie that will conclude the trilogy, after Raimi’s 2007 movie Spider-Man 3. This movie will surely have a huge impact on the future on only of the Marvel Cinematic Universe but also on Sony’s Spider-Man Universe.
