‘One Piece’ Season 2 Sets Sail: BTS Teaser Drops Anchor
The official One Piece Netflix account posted a behind-the-scenes video with the message: “To those who hunger for adventure, Season 2 is serving a voyage worthy for the crew of the future King of the Pirates!” The post, decorated with pirate-themed emojis, gave fans a first glimpse of what’s coming.
The new season is titled One Piece: Into the Grand Line. It will follow Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat crew as they face stronger enemies, travel to strange islands, and continue their search for the legendary treasure.
According to Netflix, the story will include the arcs Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island, setting up the Arabasta saga.

Actor Jeff Ward, who plays Buggy the Clown, guided fans through parts of the set in the teaser. Locations like the Twin Cape Lighthouse and Ipponmatsu Arms Store have been recreated in detail, along with shops seen in the manga.
Costume designer Kerry Barnard revealed that more than a thousand costumes were made, while showrunner Matt Owens explained that the team worked to balance accuracy to Eiichiro Oda’s manga with new creative elements for live action.
The main cast will return, including Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Emily Rudd as Nami, Mackenyu as Zoro, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. New characters like Vivi and Doctor Kureha are expected to appear, and Nico Robin may also join the story.
Netflix hasn’t given a specific release date, but a full trailer is expected after the teaser that was shown during One Piece Day in Tokyo.
