‘Onslaught’ Star Adria Arjona Serves Old-World Glamour in Moody New Photos Amid Her Busiest Season Yet
Adria Arjona is having the kind of year most actors dream about, and her latest photos only add fuel to the fire. Between a buzzy A24 action vehicle, a stacked slate of upcoming projects and a steady stream of standout fashion moments, the ‘Andor’ star has become one of Hollywood’s most watched faces this fall.
Much of that attention has been earned on the red carpet and the press circuit. The actress spent early September on a New York press run for ‘Onslaught’, rotating through looks that included an ivory Victoria Beckham dress and a fitted brown Ferragamo suede dress with metal buckle details. She also landed a People en Español digital cover in an oversized black leather jacket paired with fitted black trousers.
Now, Arjona is turning heads once again. Film and pop culture accounts shared new photos of the actress on X, declaring that she stuns in the fresh shots. The images show her in an all-black ensemble built around an oversized blazer draped over a cropped bralette-style top, paired with a sheer, floor-sweeping skirt.
The setting does just as much heavy lifting as the outfit. In one frame, she leans against a pale wall beside wood paneling and a gilded wall sconce, her dark hair falling in soft waves. In the second, she poses against richly detailed wooden doors, holding the blazer open at the shoulders for a moodier, more editorial effect.
The styling lines up neatly with the tailored, all-black direction she has leaned into throughout her recent appearances. It also echoes her outlook from a past Who What Wear cover interview, where she said her focus is on silhouettes that fit her body and make her feel beautiful, sexy and powerful.
The photos arrive during a particularly glamorous stretch. Arjona and Jason Momoa have been in town for Milan Fashion Week, and the pair were spotted holding hands while shopping at designer stores on September 24. Earlier in the week, Arjona walked in Vogue World: Milano, which took place inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II alongside names like Jennifer Lopez, Dakota Johnson, Naomi Campbell and Cardi B.

It is a far cry from her attention-grabbing entrance last month. At the Los Angeles premiere of ‘Onslaught’, she arrived hanging out of the passenger side of a monster truck decked out with the movie’s logo. Momoa cheered her on via Instagram, calling the premiere an amazing night with family and friends.
The film itself gives Arjona a true leading-lady showcase. In ‘Onslaught’, she plays an Army sniper forced to protect her young daughter after a rogue squad of genetically engineered super soldiers breaks loose in the desert. The movie comes from Adam Wingard and Simon Barrett, the team behind ‘Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire’, and it earned a 78% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes around its release.

Her upcoming slate is even more ambitious. She is set to join James Gunn’s DC Universe in ‘Superman: Man of Tomorrow’, reuniting with Gunn and producer Peter Safran, who gave her an early break in ‘The Belko Experiment’. She will also appear in Michael B. Jordan’s ‘The Thomas Crown Affair’, which Amazon MGM is releasing next March.
Fans of the couple have another project to look forward to as well. As Deadline first reported, Arjona and Momoa have joined Miles Teller in John Swab’s thriller ‘Copperhead’, alongside Tenoch Huerta and Kiefer Sutherland. It marks a reunion for the pair, who first starred together in 2021’s ‘Sweet Girl’ before they began dating years later.
