Orlando Bloom has recently been spotted enjoying a quiet European getaway with a new romantic interest, marking a significant transition in his personal life. The 49-year-old actor has reportedly begun a relationship with 28-year-old model Luisa Laemmel following his split from long-term partner Katy Perry in 2025.
This past week, the pair traveled to Switzerland, where they were seen taking in the scenic views of Zurich and Lake Lucerne alongside Bloom’s beloved pet dog. The couple opted for a stay at the prestigious Dolder Grand in Zurich, where high-end suites can command prices as steep as $18,300 per night.
During this portion of the trip, the British star was also in town to participate in a promotional event for Porsche. “Orlando and Luisa have been quietly seeing each other for several months,” a source revealed, adding that they have already started to feel like a “proper little family unit.”
Following their time in Zurich, the duo moved on to the five-star Bürgenstock resort, where Bloom reportedly took the opportunity to meet several of Laemmel’s close friends and family members.
While the actor is currently based in Los Angeles and the model resides in New York, insiders suggest they remain in constant contact despite the distance. “He is based in LA while she’s in New York, so they don’t get to see each other all the time. But there’s a real spark,” the source added.
Speculation regarding their romance first intensified last month when they were photographed leaving the Super Bowl in Santa Clara, California, walking arm in arm. Laemmel, who holds a degree in psychology, is a successful figure in the fashion industry and has collaborated with major global brands such as Calvin Klein and YSL Beauty.
While her representatives have declined to offer an official comment on the relationship, the frequent sightings suggest a serious connection is developing. Bloom is also a dedicated father to two children, including his 15-year-old son, Flynn, from his previous marriage to model Miranda Kerr.
He also shares a 5-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove, with his former fiancée, Katy Perry, and the two have remained committed to a positive co-parenting relationship since their separation.
