After 4 weeks of shows across the world’s fashion capitals, fashion month reached its crescendo in Paris on Saturday night. The Business of Fashion’s annual BoF 500 Gala brought the industry’s most influential names together at the Shangri-La Paris on October 3, and Paris Jackson was among the stars on the red carpet.

Since 2013, the BoF 500 has served as an index of the people shaping the global fashion industry, spanning 8 categories that include designers, executives, media, retailers, and models. This year’s class added 100 new names from 33 countries, bringing the community to 1,713 members from 104 nationalities, with Satoshi Kuwata and Sarah Burton as the 2026 cover stars.

Jackson made a striking entrance at the gala. Photos by Aurore Marechal for Getty show her on the red carpet in a red-and-black embellished look, posing with a soft smile in one shot and giving a playful wave in another.

The outfit leaned into rich, intricate detail. Entertainment Now described it as a black-and-red mini dress with bell sleeves, and up close, the plunging neckline and glittering embellishments catch the light against the deep red base.

Jackson kept her accessories personal and layered. She stacked delicate necklaces and wore several rings, finishing the look with a mix of bracelets that added to her bohemian edge.

Her hair fell in long, tousled waves with darker roots blending into lighter ends. The effortless styling balanced the dress’s ornate pattern and kept the look true to her rocker sensibility. The gala capped a busy Saturday for Jackson. Earlier the same day, she attended Vivienne Westwood’s show, where she sat front row alongside Heidi Klum.

For that appearance, she went in a completely different direction. Jackson wore a glittery pink and black dress with knee-high black boots, but it was her dramatic black eye makeup, extended up to her eyebrows and beneath her eyes, that really grabbed attention.

Jackson was in good company at the Shangri-La. Paris Hilton turned heads in a dramatic floor-length sheer black lace gown, while Nicky Hilton, Heidi Klum, Nara Smith and model Erin O’Connor were also among the guests.

With both Jackson and Hilton in attendance, the night had a fun coincidence: 2 women named Paris at a Paris Fashion Week party. Guests representing more than 100 nationalities gathered to welcome the new class.

BoF founder and CEO Imran Amed toasted the evening’s honorees. “Our team really values everything that you’re doing to make fashion more interesting, more exciting, more sustainable, more inclusive,” Amed said, as reported by The Business of Fashion.

This is far from Jackson’s first Paris Fashion Week moment. Last October, she attended Tom Ford’s Spring 2026 show with her aunt Janet Jackson, wearing a long-sleeved black dress with a dramatic slit.

Earlier this year, she went softer at Chloé’s fall 2026 show, trading her rocker style for a voluminous pink jacket with billowing sleeves and a high collar. Entertainment Now notes she is a regular at fashion weeks and events.

Between her Paris Fashion Week appearances, a headlining tour and an album reportedly on the way, it’s been a full year for the musician. Her BoF 500 Gala look proved she’s just as comfortable on the front-row circuit as she is on stage.

What do you think of Paris Jackson’s red-and-black look at the BoF 500 Gala?
