In addition to her action roles, she provided an update on her return to Indian cinema with the magnum opus Varanasi, directed by the legendary SS Rajamouli.
While she remains a dominant force on the big screen, the actress is also returning to her roots in the spy genre with the second season of the Amazon series Citadel. Production is currently underway on the new installments, with Chopra Jonas reprising her role as elite spy Nadia Sinh alongside co-star Richard Madden.
The new season is being directed exclusively by Joe Russo, promising an even more intense and cohesive narrative than the show’s debut. Looking ahead, fans can also catch her in the action-comedy Heads of State, which features a star-studded cast including Idris Elba and John Cena.
