Recent Reports Reveal Dafne Keen’s X-23 Will Continue to Have a Role in the MCU

“Deadpool & Wolverine” has featured the return of numerous characters from Fox’s X-Men franchise, with these cameos contributing significantly to the film’s success and its current box-office record-breaking performance.

One of the most eagerly awaited appearances was Dafne Keen’s return as Laura, also known as X-23, from the 2017 film “Logan.”

Feige has hinted that the mutant era in the MCU will start with the release of “Deadpool & Wolverine,” and many fans are enthusiastic about Dafne Keen’s portrayal of X-23, with some even suggesting she could become the main Wolverine in the MCU.

In his latest Discord AMA, Alex Perez confirmed that X-23 might appear in additional MCU projects, including potentially the Avengers films. While this information hasn’t been officially confirmed, Perez is considered a reliable source among leakers.

Alex: She’ll be back for the Avengers films, and that’s all I know.

Recently, Dafne Keen confirmed that the X-23 seen in “Deadpool & Wolverine” is the same character from “Logan,” though the specifics of how she ended up in the Void remain unclear.

In “Deadpool & Wolverine,” X-23 participated in a major battle against Cassandra Nova’s forces in the Void. Her fate was resolved at the film’s end. After defeating Cassandra Nova and saving the Multiverse, Deadpool asked Hunter B-15 to return the Resistance members to their respective homes. While B-15 complied, Laura chose to stay with Logan, who had moved into Deadpool’s universe. Laura and Logan then joined Wilson and his friends for dinner, where they spent time together, including playing with Dogpool.

Given that Laura shares a reality with Wolverine and Deadpool, she could appear in any future projects involving them. The actress has also expressed her desire to reprise the role.
