Rumor Has It: LEGO’s Next $600 Set Could Feature a Jaw-Dropping 12,000+ Pieces
LEGO fans are getting really excited about a huge new set that might be coming soon.
Word on the street is that this new box of bricks will have over 12,000 pieces and cost about $600. If the rumors are true, this would be one of the most difficult and biggest things LEGO has ever made.
Reportedly, the set is going to be a giant model of the Sagrada Familia. That is the famous church in Barcelona that has been under construction for over 140 years. The leaked info says the set will have exactly 12,060 pieces. This would make it even bigger than the LEGO World Map or the giant Eiffel Tower set.
People who follow LEGO news are already talking about it on social media. Some fans are making jokes about how the real building in Spain is still being finished. One person asked, Will it come with all the pieces, or will it be unfinished? Other people are just ready to buy it. One fan said, Oh! that is gonna be beautiful!!! while another person is already saving up their reward points, saying, I’m saving all my points for this!
We might not have to wait long to find out if this is real. Brick Tap thinks the set could come out on July 1. Even though everyone is excited, LEGO has not said anything official yet. Since this is just a leak, some of the details could change before it actually hits the shelves. This news comes right after another leak about a LEGO PlayStation set that is supposed to have 2,000 pieces.
