Should George Clooney’s Batman appear in The Flash movie?

It’s been almost a quarter of the century since Batman & Robin was released. So-called movie (more of a parody) that finished the first Batman franchise and took the Caped Crusader off the big screens until savior Christopher Nolan showed up.
Even director, late Joel Schumacher, and actor George Clooney admitted that together they destroyed the franchise about Batman. And now, 24 years later, it’s still following Clooney, who now said he doesn’t want his wife to watch the movie because he doesn’t want her to lose respect for him.
Clooney was recently asked by Variety will his Batman show up in the upcoming movie The Flash, where Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton will both reprise their respective Batman roles. Clooney replied:
“They didn’t ask me. When you destroy a franchise the way I did, usually they look the other way when The Flash comes by.“
Amal Clooney, Clooney’s wife even said “He won’t let me watch it.”, and Clooney then added:
There are certain films I just go, ‘I want my wife to have some respect for me.’ It’s bad when your four-year-old kid goes, ‘This sucks.’ That could be painful.
As we can see, there’s no need to worry, Clooney definitely hang up the cape forever. Although his disgraced incarnation of Batman is still following him, two-time Oscar winner managed to film a lot of successful movies to redeem himself over the years. The most known are Ocean’s trilogy, Syriana, Michael Clayton, Argo, etc.
Next Clooney’s project is The Tender Bar, directed by him, and starring Ben Affleck. The movie will be released in December this year.
The Flash movie, starring Ezra Miller in the titular role, Michael Keaton, Ben Affleck, and Sasha Calle debuting as Supergirl, will hit theaters in November 2022.
