Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 3 Reveals Character Posters and Full Episode List

Season 3 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is finally arriving on Paramount+ starting July 17. The show will kick off with two episodes dropping at once, and the rest will come out every Thursday until the finale on September 11. Before that, the season will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 14.
There will be 10 episodes in total this season, and now we know what they’re called. Paramount+ has shared the full list:
- Episode 1: Hegemony, Part II
- Episode 2: Wedding Bell Blues
- Episode 3: Shuttle to Kenfori
- Episode 4: A Space Adventure Hour
- Episode 5: Through the Lens of Time
- Episode 6: The Sehlat Who Ate Its Tail
- Episode 7: What Is Starfleet?
- Episode 8: Four-and-a-Half Vulcans
- Episode 9: Terrarium
- Episode 10: New Life and New Civilizations
Episode 8, “Four-and-a-Half Vulcans,” was already shown during San Diego Comic-Con 2024. In that one, Pike and the crew actually get turned into Vulcans.
The rest of the titles give some hints, but not too much. Fans have been rewatching the teaser trailer and trying to guess what each episode might be about. Some think that either “A Space Adventure Hour” or “Through the Lens of Time” could be the retro-style episode that looks like it’s set in the 1960s.
Paramount+ also released some exciting new posters of the main cast. These were shared on the official Star Trek Instagram and were shot by photographer Sarah Coulter. The characters are shown in pairs, each on a different strange new world.
You’ve got Captain Pike with Number One, Spock with Nurse Chapel, and Uhura with Ortegas. One poster shows zombies grabbing a device from Scotty and Commander Pelia, which might hint at an upcoming episode. Another shows Nurse Chapel with a tear on her cheek while standing next to Spock, possibly teasing some heartbreak in the love triangle with Dr. Roger Korby.
Season 3 also brings in some new faces. Martin Quinn is joining full-time as Lt. Montgomery Scott—better known as Scotty.
He’s teaming up with Carol Kane’s Commander Pelia in Engineering. According to reports from IGN and Paramount+, the new season will dive into all kinds of different genres and tones, from comedy and action to romance and mystery.
The official synopsis says: “In season three of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, we reconnect with the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise, still under the command of Captain Pike, as they face the conclusion of season two’s harrowing encounter with the Gorn. But new life and civilizations await, including a villain that will test our characters’ grit and resolve.”
A fourth season is already in the works, and production has already begun. But for now, all eyes are on Season 3 and the new journeys waiting for the crew of the Enterprise.
