Steve Carell, 63, and Co-Stars Light Up the Red Carpet at ‘Rooster’ NYC Premiere
The stars came out in full force for the New York City premiere of HBO’s upcoming series Rooster on Tuesday, March 3. Leading the red carpet was Steve Carell, joined by co-stars Phil Dunster and Danielle Deadwyler. Other main cast members including John C. McGinley, Lauren Tsai, and Charly Clive also attended, showing support for the new show ahead of its March 8 release.
Fans of Scrubs were treated to appearances by Zach Braff and Christa Miller. Both were there cheering on creator Bill Lawrence, who also created Rooster. John C. McGinley, who appears in both series, was accompanied by his wife Nichole McGinley. “It’s always special to see the whole cast come together,” sources reported attendees saying about the premiere energy.
Other notable celebrities spotted included Brett Goldstein and Jamie Lee, a writer for Ted Lasso, who seemed there to support Phil Dunster. Actors Alan Ruck, Stephen Rider of It: Welcome to Derry, Denis O’Hare, and Carla Gugino were also photographed on the red carpet. Singer Natasha Bedingfield made an appearance, adding musical star power to the evening.
