Street Fighter 6 Amiibo and Cards Coming to Switch 2 – Features, Price, and Release Date

Nintendo and Capcom have announced some exciting news for Street Fighter fans! Street Fighter 6 is getting its own line of amiibo figures and special cards. These will work with the upcoming Switch 2 console, and they’re packed with cool features.
There will be three new amiibo figures for Street Fighter 6 — Luke, Kimberly, and Jamie. These characters were shown off during the Switch 2 Direct and more details came out during Nintendo’s Treehouse event on the second day.
The new figures are a bit larger than older ones, like the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Ryu and Ken amiibo. They have a bold new look and seem to match the updated art style of Street Fighter 6.
The new amiibo are not just for display. They come with a bunch of special features:
- Save your data and settings: You can store things like your favorite controls and loadouts directly onto the amiibo.
- Unlock exclusive rewards: Get special items like music tracks and device wallpapers in the game.
- Transfer to other systems: Bring your personal setup with you when playing on a different console.
Along with the figures, Capcom is releasing 22 themed amiibo cards for Street Fighter 6. These will also unlock in-game rewards. The cards might be a fun, more affordable option for players who want some extras without buying the full figures.
Listings have started showing up on U.S. retail websites. Each amiibo will be priced at $29.99. All three figures and the cards will launch on June 5th, 2025, the same day that the Switch 2 and Street Fighter 6 hit stores.
