Fox Corporation is celebrating a massive success after Super Bowl LIX, which brought in more than $800 million in ad sales across all platforms. The game, which aired on Fox and was streamed for free on Tubi, not only set records in revenue but also became the most-watched NFL championship game in history.

Advertising during the Super Bowl has always been big business, but this year’s game took things to a whole new level. Fox sold each 30-second ad spot for more than $8 million, marking a record price for commercials during the highly anticipated event. With every ad slot sold out, the company reached an all-time high in revenue, surpassing previous years by a significant margin.

The $800 million-plus in ad sales marks a huge increase compared to the last time Fox broadcasted the Super Bowl in 2023. That year, the network earned around $600 million from ad sales related to the main event and surrounding programming. This jump shows just how valuable the Super Bowl has become for advertisers looking to reach a massive audience.

Fox Corporation’s Executive Chair and CEO, Lachlan Murdoch, praised the network’s teams for delivering a groundbreaking event.

The clear winners Sunday night were the Eagles, the NFL, and Fox. Congratulations to our teams at Fox Sports and Tubi for a record-breaking and historic Super Bowl LIX, the most-watched, most-streamed, and most successful Super Bowl ever,

With record-breaking viewership, sky-high ad sales, and a booming digital presence, Super Bowl LIX proved to be a historic milestone for Fox, Tubi, and the NFL.
