Fate

Fate is a media franchise based on a Japanese visual novel Fate/stay night developed by Type-Moon. The visual novel was released as an adult game on Windows operating system in 2004. Since the creation of the first visual novel the franchise has grown to include several film adaptations, anime series, and spin-offs.  The Story of Fate centers on Shirou Emiya average and an honest teenager who finds himself accidentally entering a deadly Fifth Holy Grail War tournament. Shirou has limited magical abilities but trains as much as he can in order to help other people. One evening he accidentally witnesses Holy Grain War, his salvation was the thing that doomed him consequently as he was saved by Saber Saber which locked in his entry for the Holy Grail War tournament.
