The Misfit of Demon King Academy is a Japanese light novel series written by Shu and illustrated by Yoshinori Shizuma. The story follows Demon King Anos Voldigoad, who is reincarnated after 2000 years and enrolls at the Demon King Academy to find out that the world has changed significantly during his absence. Anos, who possesses immense power and magic, faces various challenges and obstacles as he tries to regain his rightful place as the Demon King. The light novel series was first serialized online in 2017 and later adapted into a manga series and an anime television series.
