Odd Taxi

Odd Taxi is a Japanese anime television series created by Kazuya Konomoto and Takeichi Abaraya.  The anime series has been adapted into manga, and anime films as well. The story of Odd Taxi follows a walrus taxi driver Odokawa who lives in a world inhabited by anthropomorphic animals like him. When a schoolgirl mysteriously disappears Odokawa becomes a person of interest for both the yakuza and the police.
