‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ #8 Preview: Donnie’s on the Edge!

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been a part of popular culture for some time now and there is no douobt as to why. This franchise, which has given us more than just the original comic books, is one of the most popular ones around the world.

As you might have expected, there is a currently ongoing main Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book series and a new issue is coming out very soon, on April 16, 2025.

In light of that fact, we are going to bring you the first preview images from the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #8, which is coming out soon and will be focused on Donatello.

Before we reveal more information about the upcoming story, here are the preview images for you:

The story comes to us from comic book legend Jason Aaron, with art by Juan Ferreyra, and the story will be focused on Donnie, who is not in a good spot, as the synopsis reveals:

Donnie’s on the edge! Once the most reliable and risk averse of the TMNT, Donatello’s mind is spinning out of control following his violent stay in captivity. Fortunately his brothers are there to protect him from the army of Foot Clan ninjas bent on destroying them all, but how can the Ninja Turtles save Donatello from the “voice” of their dead master Splinter that Donnie insists he’s hearing in his head!?
