The Batman: Warner Bros Revealed A New Official Synopsis

After several delays due to the pandemic, The Batman is finally set to hit theaters in March 2022. With the official trailer that was released on DC FanDome last month, the hype started to increase among the fans thanks to the promising premise and director Matt Reeves’ vision.

Today, Warner Bros revealed a new official synopsis on its website:

THE BATMAN is an edgy, action-packed thriller that depicts Batman in his early years, struggling to balance rage with righteousness as he investigates a disturbing mystery that has terrorized Gotham. Robert Pattinson delivers a raw, intense portrayal of Batman as a disillusioned, desperate vigilante awakened by the realization that the anger consuming him makes him no better than the ruthless serial killer he’s hunting.

We see that WB is not missing a chance to praise their own film as much as they can ahead of the release, and we can’t wait to see if the movie will live up to its potential.

Directed by Matt Reeves, Robert Pattinson is starring in a titular role in The Batman, which is the first movie of the pre-planned trilogy. Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell also star.

The Batman is set to be released on March 4, 2022.
