The Boys: Prime Video Reveals New Official Trailer For Season 3

The Boys, probably the best superhero series at the moment, received an official trailer ahead of the premiere of the long-anticipated third season which is set to debut on June 3, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.

Based on Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s homonymous comic book, The Boys series first premiered in July 2019. The series received critical acclaim for its writing, storyline, humor, and the performances, particularly of Karl Urban, who plays Billy Butcher, and Antony Starr, who plays Butcher’s mortal enemy Homelander, a psychopathic superhero who isn’t what the public thinks he is, and only Butcher’s team can uncover the secrets and corruption behind Vought, a company which monetized the Seven, a group of not-really-good superheroes led by Homelander.

Check the official trailer and synopsis down below:

“It’s been a year of calm. Homelander’s subdued. Butcher works for the government, supervised by Hughie of all people. But both men itch to turn this peace and quiet into blood and bone. So when The Boys learn of a mysterious anti-Supe weapon, it sends them crashing into The Seven, starting a war, and chasing the legend of the first Superhero: Soldier Boy. Season 3 arrives June 3rd, only on Prime Video.” — The Boys Season 3, official synopsis
