The Flash: Armageddon – Official Poster For The Crossover Event Revealed

The Flash Season 8 is set to start on November 16. Except for the fact that it’s the beginning of the eighth season for the popular Arrowverse show, it also marks the beginning of the first crossover event since Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Armageddon, crossover event will kick off in the first episode of The Flash Season 8, and conclude in the fifth episode. Unlike previous Arrowverse crossovers, where every part was an episode of some other Arrowverse show, this time all crossover episodes will be a part of one show. But regardless, the crossover will still see many special guest stars from other Arrowverse shows.

The poster is showing us Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen, Candice Patton’s Iris, and five special guest stars that were announced for the crossover earlier. Katherine McNamara returns as Mia Queen, daughter of Oliver Queen who took up the mantle (or better say bow and arrow) of the Green Arrow.

Brandon Routh returns as Ray Palmer/Atom, and Cress Williams returns as Black Lightning. Javicia Leslie’s Ryan Wilder/second Batwoman and Chyler Leigh’s Alex Danvers/Sentinel are also there.

Although they’re not on the poster, Osric Chau’s Ryan Choi, Neal McDonough‘s Damien Darhk and Tom Cavanagh’s Eobard Thawne/Reverse Flash will also return. Despero, portrayed by Tony Curran, will be the main villain.

He calls them "the four rulers of the fantasy genre." He loves to write about anything spawned from those franchises (books, games, movies...), as well as anything branded with the Marvel or DC logo. Video games and their adaptations are also something he follows faithfully since he's a big fan of story-driven single-player games like Assassin's Creed, The Last of Us, Uncharted, etc. His favorite video game ever is Red Dead Redemption 2.
