THE FLASH Season 8: First Trailer Is Giving Us The First Look On The ‘Armageddon’ Crossover Event

His name is Barry Allen, and he’s… okay, you know the rest. Point is that the first official trailer for the eighth season of The Flash show, which will kick off with the 5-episode crossover event Armageddon, was finally released.

Many fans were surprised how nothing was said about the crossover at the DC FanDome last weekend where we got the first look at Barry’s new suit featuring golden boots. But now, here it is, and in only one minute of the trailer, we can see the main villain Despero, and many guest stars from other Arrowverse shows which will show up in the crossover.

Katherine McNamara’s Mia Queen/Green Arrow, Javicia Leslie’s Ryan Wilder/Batwoman, Brandon Routh’s Ray Palmer/The Atom, Cress Williams’ Jefferson Pierce/Black Lightning, Chyler Leigh’s Alex Danvers/Sentinel, Osric Chau‘s Ryan Choi, and Neal McDonough‘s Damien Darhk will all appear as special guest stars during the event. Tom Cavanagh, although he said he’ll leave the show after Season 7, will also return as Barry’s famous archenemy Eobard Thawne/Reverse Flash.

The Flash Season 8 will premiere on November 16. The season will consist of 23 episodes, out of which the first five episodes will be the Armageddon event.
