‘The Green Globe Gang’ Ending, Explained: Do the Ladies Managed to Get Out of the Nursing Home?
Welcome to the Ending Explained for The Green Globe Gang, the latest Polish TV show arriving on Netflix this week. The series is a crime comedy, where a group of old ladies, who are actually a group of thieves, hide inside a nursery home for the elderly. There, they will meet new friends, and their spark will help the other seniors find a new sense of youth. However, they are hiding for a reason, and the threat that made them hide is still in their tracks and won’t stop for anything.
The Green Globe Gang is a charming and fantastic TV series starred by a trio of fantastic actresses. The trio carries the show on their shoulders, and even when the story becomes a bit redundant and the pacing slows a bit, they manage to keep being charming and fun to watch. The production values are quite amazing and there is certainly a lot of fun to be had. The series consists of only 8 episodes, with an average runtime of 30 minutes each. This series can be watched very easily.

Do The Ladies Manage To Get Out Of The Nursing Home?
During the entire season of The Green Globe Gang, the ladies have been trying to get rid of Director Marzena, who rules the nursing home with an iron fist. They are also trying to escape from the crime syndicate that has been after them since the robbery that forced them to go into hiding. At the nursing home, the ladies discover that they are not so different from the rest of the elderly that live there. They still have a passion for life that their bodies cannot handle completely, but the passion is there.
During their stay at the nursing home, they start recruiting some of the elderly into their own plans and even find love and friendship among them. However, they still need to escape, so they pack up their belongings and decide whether it is now or never for them. The rest of the elderly say goodbye to them in a very loveable and emotional scene. One of them gives them the key to a cabin she has in the woods. She says that not even her daughter knows where the cabin is, so if they need a place to hide, this is the best place to do it.
They also give them their van, so they can escape the police and syndicate. The ladies say goodbye to their friends, and they still cannot believe they managed to create so many beautiful friendships at the nursing home. They offer for the elderly to come with them, but they reject the offer, they still have things to do there. Marzena appears and shoots at them with a gun, but she is taken out quickly by a hit to the head. They seize the director and tie her up, as well as tattoo her with the sign of the syndicate.
What Does The Police Do After The Gang Escapes The Nursing Home?
The Gang continues to drive in the direction of the mountains where the cabin is. This is a place where they can hide until the situation calms down. Meanwhile, at the nursing home. Alfred and Gujska arrive, and they find the rest of the elderly trapped in the basement with an unconscious Marzena. They complain to the police because they were late in arriving at the scene of the crime. In a perfect display of being excellent liars, the elderly place the blame for everything on Marzena. They say she was running the place for the syndicate, and that she was trying to take off her tattoo the night before.
Edgar believes the story. However, Gujska starts searching all the rooms to find clues. She also finds some stolen items in Marzena’s room. This, more than anything, points out that maybe she is the real villain, and that they have managed to capture her easily. Alfred and the elderly are even able to make declarations on TV saying that they have managed to take down the smuggling operation. However, days later, while interrogating Marzena, Gujska finds out that they got it wrong. Marzena has been incriminated, and the Gang is still at large.
Meanwhile, the Gang stops on the road as their van’s engine overheats. A hearse appears on the road, and from it, the rest of the elderly appear. They embrace, and now that they have managed to take the blame from the gang, they are able to join them. They all embrace in quite a heartwarming scene. Later, the syndicate is seen making a deal with Marzena, who wants revenge on the gang. The syndicate also has a spy infiltrated near the gang. The season ends with Maria revealing she is working with the syndicate and telling them the address where the gang is hiding.
