‘The Strangers: Chapter 3’ Unveils Chilling New Teaser Trailer
The horror series is returning once again as Lionsgate prepares to release The Strangers – Chapter 3, the latest installment in the franchise, on February 6, 2026, in the United States.
Directed by Renny Harlin, this film is the fifth overall in The Strangers series and completes the standalone trilogy that began with Chapter 1 in 2024 and continued with Chapter 2 in 2025.
Fans got their first glimpse of the new film through a recently released teaser trailer. The short clip sets a chilling tone, giving viewers just enough to tease the suspense and terror that awaits, while confirming the return of key characters.

Madelaine Petsch stars as Maya, the sole survivor of the Strangers, and she is joined by Gabriel Basso playing Gregory, a local resident of Venus, Ema Horvath as Shelly, a waitress at Carol’s Diner, and Richard Brake as the town sheriff, Sheriff Rotter.
According to production reports, filming for all three chapters of the current trilogy began in September 2022 in Bratislava, Slovakia, and wrapped up in November of the same year. After the release of the first chapter, additional photography was done for both Chapters 2 and 3 to refine the story based on audience feedback, with Chapter 3 receiving three weeks of reshoots to fine-tune its scares and pacing.
With the new teaser now out, anticipation is growing among horror fans eager to see how the story concludes. Lionsgate has promised that the final chapter will deliver suspense, tension, and the terrifying encounters the series is known for.
