James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad was released last August in theaters and on HBOMax simultaneously. Although that kind of movie’s distribution affected its box-office results ($167.4 million worldwide against a $185 million budget), the movie still earned positive reviews and set up the upcoming spin-off show Peacemaker, starring John Cena.

Now, ahead of the DC FanDome next weekend, Cena takes us back to the set of The Suicide Squad. The first behind the scenes footage could’ve been seen on last year’s DC FanDome, which was even before the movie got the first trailer, but now we got a new BTS video, that’s here to remind us what we watched, and what we’ll watch – upcoming TV show Peacemaker. It is expected that we’ll learn a lot of new stuff about the show on the FanDome next weekend.

Check out the video here:

Written and directed by James Gunn, The Suicide Squad stars Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, Joel Kinnaman, Sylvester Stallone, Viola Davis, David Dastmalchian, Daniela Melchior, Michael Rooker, Jai Courtney, Peter Capaldi, Alice Braga, and Pete Davidson.

DC FanDome will be held on October 16. Peacemaker TV show will premiere in January next year.
