The Trailer for Teen Romance Movie ‘My Fault: London’ Starring Asha Banks, Matthew Broome, Eve Maklin, Ray Fearon and Enva Lewis Is Here

A new trailer has arrived for the teen romance movie My Fault: London, featuring a fresh cast of young actors. Asha Banks leads the film as Noah, an 18-year-old girl who moves from America to London with her mom, Ella, after Ella marries a rich man named William, played by Ray Fearon. Matthew Broome stars as Nick, William’s son and Noah’s new stepbrother.

The story kicks off when Noah and Nick meet, sparking an instant attraction despite their rocky start. Eve Macklin plays Ella, Noah’s soft-spoken mother, while Enva Lewis joins the cast in a supporting role as one of Noah’s new friends in London.

The movie, set to stream on Prime Video starting February 13, 2025, follows Noah as she adjusts to her new life in a fancy London home. She clashes with Nick at first, seeing him as a spoiled bad boy, but their tension soon turns into something more.

The trailer shows their chemistry building as they try to hide their feelings, all while Noah deals with a tough past she can’t escape. Adding to the drama, her estranged father, portrayed by Jason Flemyng, tracks her down after getting out of prison, stirring up more trouble.

Directed by Dani Girdwood and Charlotte Fassler, My Fault: London is based on the Spanish novel Culpa mía by Mercedes Ron. The screenplay comes from Melissa Osbourne, and the film is produced by Ben Pugh and Erica Steinberg, with executive producers like Kari Hatfield and Alex de la Iglesia backing the project.

Alongside the main stars, the cast includes Kerim Hassan, Sam Buchanan, Amelia Kenworthy, and Harry Gilby, bringing more depth to Noah’s new social circle. This British take follows the success of Prime Video’s Spanish films My Fault and Your Fault, both part of Ron’s popular Culpables series.

The trailer hints at a mix of romance and family struggles, with Noah narrating her journey. She says, “I never believed in happy endings. London was supposed to be a fresh start, but it turned out to be the end—the end of my pain, of blaming myself for things that weren’t my fault. I was broken before I met Nick. But it turns out the broken ones have the power to heal each other. We were eternally tied together—a knot that could never be broken.” These lines set the tone for a story about love, healing, and complicated relationships.

Filming wrapped up by May 2024, and the movie will be available in over 240 countries on Prime Video. It’s a coming-of-age tale that blends drama with the pull of forbidden romance, aimed at fans of the original Spanish hit. The cast and crew hope to capture the same excitement that made Culpa mía a top-viewed film on the platform last year.

In my opinion, My Fault: London looks like it could be a solid watch for teens and romance fans. The trailer promises a lot of emotion, and the cast seems talented enough to pull it off. I like that it’s tackling messy family ties alongside the love story—it could make the characters feel real if done right. But I wonder if it’ll stand out or just feel like another remake.
