Timothée Chalamet’s Private Chef Reveals Just How Pampered the Young Actor Really Is

Hollywood actor Timothée Chalamet is known for his major film roles, but a recent story from a fellow cast member suggests he was also treated very well behind the scenes while filming Wonka.

Comedian Tom Davis, who appeared in the film, talked about the experience during an episode of the Parenting Hell podcast. According to Davis, Chalamet had his own personal chef on set and enjoyed several breakfast choices every morning.

Davis said the regular cast breakfasts were not always great, which made the situation stand out even more. He explained that he ended up chatting with the chef one morning out of curiosity.

‘One thing that ground my gears – he had a personal chef.’ Davis said he later asked the chef what he was preparing that day.

‘And we were having quite ropey breakfasts. I got to know his personal chef quite a bit and I said, “What are you cooking this morning?”‘ The chef told him that Chalamet usually had several options to choose from. ‘He said, “I do three different things for Tim, and he’ll have one thing.”‘

According to Davis, the actor even offered the extra food to others nearby. ‘And Timothée turned around and went, “Hey man, why don’t you have the other two things?”‘

Chalamet played a younger version of the famous chocolatier in Wonka, a prequel story about the character from the world of Willy Wonka. The movie was filmed mostly in London, where the actor spent several months during production.

While promoting the film, Chalamet spoke about the experience on The Graham Norton Show. He said the role became one of his favorite projects. ‘I am proud of all the films I have done, but this is my favourite.’

He said working on the movie was the most fun he had ever had while filming. ‘It is the most fun I’ve had working on anything ever. It is sweet and good and will fill you with joy.’

Since Wonka came out, Chalamet has continued to appear in big films. He starred in Dune: Part Two and also appeared in the upcoming project Marty Supreme.

His personal life has also been getting attention. Chalamet has been in a relationship with reality star and businesswoman Kylie Jenner for more than three years. Reports from the Daily Mail say the couple now live together and have even talked about the possibility of marriage.
