Tom Cruise Reportedly Drafting Strict Prenup Before Proposing to Ana de Armas

Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas may be preparing to take their relationship to the next level, but according to a report from Radar Online, the actor has one firm condition before marriage, a strict prenuptial agreement.

Rumors about the pair began earlier this year when they were seen enjoying a night out in London. Since then, they’ve been spotted together several times, sparking talk that things are getting serious.

While Cruise has been treating de Armas to luxury trips, including a yacht getaway in Europe, insiders say he’s also quietly putting together a contract to protect his fortune.

One source told Radar Online, “He’s a control freak and micromanages every detail of his life. Anyone close to him always has loads of paperwork to sign as far as NDAs and that sort of thing, but marriage takes it to a new level.”

With a reported net worth of $600 million, Cruise is said to be determined to safeguard his assets before proposing. The insider added that the actor has “so much to protect,” which is why the prenup is being described as “very detailed” and “irrefutable.”

The same source explained that Cruise plans to have everything signed before making the engagement public. “The plan is to have it ready before he even pops the question. Once she says yes, the paperwork is right there – ready to go. He expects her to sign it without any drama, so that it’s out of the way before they even announce the engagement,” the insider said.

Despite the legal precautions, the source also emphasized that Cruise is deeply invested in the relationship. “He’s crazy about Ana, but he’s been burned before and feels the need to protect himself,” they shared.

Cruise, now 63, has been married three times before, to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman, and Katie Holmes. His split from Holmes in 2012, which reportedly blindsided him, has made him cautious about entering marriage again.

Still, the insider suggested that de Armas, 37, won’t take issue with the prenup. Describing her as “easygoing,” they said she likely understands that Cruise’s demands stem from wanting to start their future together without concerns.

The report also claims Cruise has been planning a big wedding in London, eager to begin this next chapter with the actress, who is also working on film projects alongside him.
