Tori Spelling made a strong impression when she stepped onto the red carpet at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles. The event took place at the Dolby Theatre, where she showed up in a bold red gown that immediately grabbed attention.

The dress had a corset-style design with sheer mesh cutouts that revealed parts of her midriff and showed off her shape. It also featured a plunging neckline that highlighted her cleavage, along with sequins and rose details that made the look stand out even more. A high slit showed off her legs as she walked the carpet.

She paired the outfit with silver platform heels, several statement rings, and long earrings. Instead of wearing a necklace, she kept the focus on the neckline and her short platinum blonde bob, which framed her face and sat right at her shoulders.

According to her own podcast, MisSPELLING, this appearance came shortly after she spoke openly about the criticism she gets about her looks. In a March 9 episode, she talked with Terry Dubrow about ongoing rumors and comments online.

“It’s horrific,” she said while talking about people accusing her of using fillers. “I’m 52. I’ll be 53 in May, and I purposely go the other way because… every photo I put up, people say, ‘Stop with the filler.’ I’m like, ‘I’m not!'”

She admitted that the comments have affected her. “I should just be like, ‘F** it,’ and get my whole face done because they already say I’ve had it done,”* she added.

In another episode of the same podcast from June 2024, she talked about her past cosmetic procedures. She shared that she first had surgery at 19 and later had more work done. She even joked about the experience, saying, “Did I get my boobs done in the back of a van down by the river? Which version of them?” before adding, “I just got them done again, you guys! I think these aren’t the ones either. Third time will be the charm.”

She also mentioned being supported by friends like Alicia Silverstone and Carmen Electra after one of her procedures, saying, “I can’t even make this stuff up.”

Even with all the attention and online talk, Spelling appeared confident and relaxed at the event. Her red carpet look combined a bold fashion choice with a moment where she has been very open about her personal life.
