Unrecognizable Macaulay Culkin Steals the Spotlight in ‘Fallout’ Season 2 Trailer
The first trailer for Season 2 of Fallout has finally dropped, and fans are already buzzing about one thing: Macaulay Culkin’s shocking transformation. The Home Alone star looks almost unrecognizable in his new role in the hit Prime Video series.
Based on the iconic video game franchise, Fallout became one of Prime Video’s biggest shows after its first season.
The new season, set to premiere on December 17, continues the story of survival in a post-apocalyptic world filled with chaos, radiation, and strange factions. New episodes will release weekly, leading up to the finale on February 4, 2026.
According to the official synopsis from Amazon, “Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Two hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.”

The traile shows returning stars Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, and Kyle MacLachlan. It also teases a few major new additions, including Kumail Nanjiani and Macaulay Culkin, though their exact roles are being kept secret for now.
Fans were quick to notice that Culkin appears to be wearing a Caesar’s Legion uniform, a nod to one of the most infamous factions from the video game Fallout: New Vegas. This connection is no coincidence. Season 2 will explore the Mojave wasteland and the ruined city of New Vegas, drawing inspiration from the fan-favorite game.
The trailer also gives a first look at Justin Theroux as the mysterious Mr. House, along with several new groups and mutated creatures that make the wasteland even more dangerous.
