Reports are circulating about a tense moment between Usher and Justin Bieber at an Oscars after-party hosted by Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

According to TMZ, people at the event were talking about an incident between the two artists. Some even claimed it may have turned into a fist fight. However, sources close to Justin say that is not what happened.

Insiders connected to Bieber told TMZ that Usher approached him during the party with what they described as “energy and anger,” which led to a “heated exchange” between the two. These same sources insist that while things got intense, there was no physical contact.

TMZ also reported that they reached out to Usher’s team for comment but did not receive a response.

Another source connected to Justin claimed that he has been distancing himself from people in his past and added that he has “always been rude to Usher.” It’s still not clear what started the disagreement, and those involved have not publicly explained the cause.

The situation didn’t last long, but the setting made it more noticeable. The party had a packed guest list, with major names like Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Michael B. Jordan, Timothée Chalamet, Kylie Jenner, and Hailey Bieber in attendance, along with many others. With so many high-profile guests there, there are likely plenty of witnesses.

The last time Usher and Justin were seen together publicly was back in 2022, during an outing in Idaho. Since then, they have mostly kept their distance, and this reported moment only adds more attention to their relationship.
